Can somebody please explain how this works to me exactly? How is it, that a company can just go to the government and ask for millions of dollars for a bailout?I keep hearing about how this company and that company are asking for bailouts. I don't even get that, they're asking for free money from the tax payers pockets....why is this even an option? How does the government have the right to take our money and give it to a failing business?
To me, that's a down right criminal act against us, by our own government. Seriously, what's the difference between this and hacking into my bank account and taking money? Why can't I say screw you, I'm not giving my hard earned money away?
Fuck all these bailouts, people are going to lose their jobs and businesses, let it be the failures and not the people bailing out the failures.
