Bad Drivers

I swear, people are getting worse at driving all the time. I don't even know how some of these people passed their road test, I can't help but believe that there are a lot of drivers out there that found a way to buy a drivers license.

I doubt that even 50% of drivers know how to properly parallel park, heck, some people can't even park normally without taking more than one try. I've seen more than my share of stupid drivers, from people that just don't know the rules of the road, to people texting or doing other things that have their eyes off the road. That's one I really don't get, how can you be dumb enough to text message while driving?

They need to start video taping road tests and have more than one person decide if someone passes or something and crack down on people texting while driving.
